CalMealAI is operated by Loogge Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("Loogge", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using CalMealAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
CalMealAI provides AI-assisted meal logging, calorie and macro estimation, and progress tracking. Nutritional estimates are generated by automated analysis of photos and text you provide and may not always be perfectly accurate.
CalMealAI is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Some features run on calCredits, earned through subscription plans or one-time credit packs described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions billed outside India renew automatically each billing period until you cancel; subscriptions billed within India are billed once for the period you choose and do not renew automatically. We store the food logs, photos, and profile information you provide in order to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data. See our support channels if you have questions about how your data is handled.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that estimates, recommendations, or the service itself will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalMealAI and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CalMealAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
